Harry's Teenager Problem

Harry's attempt to provide a nice rest area for his employees has backfired. At night, teenagers hang around on the grass and picnic table, and Harry's lighting in the rest area isn't helping matters. The lights are twenty feet high, just the perfect height for people to throw rocks at to test their arms. Also, the lights are so high they may not do much more than light up the tops of the teenagers' heads.

Solve Harry's problem

What can Harry do? He should:
    • bring the lighting closer to the ground, making it short enough that it lights up the whole rest area, not just people's heads
    • arrange the lights so they are pointing in the faces of people sitting on the grass and picnic table
    • make sure the lights are bright enough. The teenagers will probably be so annoyed by the lights in their eyes they will find someplace else to hang out
    • vandal-proof the lights. The cords and wires should be hidden where they can't be cut, and the light bulbs should be protected so they can't be smashed
