Think Like a Criminal!

A good way to examine your lighting is to think like a criminal.

Go to your business at night and think of how you could break-in. Are there other businesses or people around who may see a burglar attempting to break-in, and would they call the police?

You may be able to think of better lighting solutions by looking at the weaknesses of your existing system.

Is there anything about your business' lighting set-up that is probably attractive to criminals? How did you fix the problem? Tell us about it. If this e-mail function isn't working, you can contact Marcus Felson at felson@andromeda.rutgers.edu.
