Some things are too big and bulky for one person to carry, even if they aren't extremely heavy. A mattress, for example, is difficult for most people to walk away with because it is hard to control.

Think about how computer printers have changed over the last few years. It used to be that laser printers were huge. It was easier to steal a computer than a printer. Now these printers are smaller and less bulky than computers, so it is easier to steal a printer than a computer.

What do you think will happen when the bulky monitors that accompany desktop computers are replaced with smaller screens, and laptop computers replace bulky CPUs? Will thieves find it just as easy to steal computers as printers?
