Repeat Victimization

If a business has been burglarized, it is more likely to be burglarized again. This risk of repeat victimization is greatest in the first month after the initial burglary and drops over time.

If your business has been burglarized you should take extra precautions and increase security immediately to prevent being burglarized again.
  1. Inform other businesses in the area of what happened because they are also at risk.

  2. Keep an eye out for suspicious behavior.

  4. Notify the police of the incident.
