1. When customers place their order, tell them your drivers never carry more than $10.00 (or whatever) in change.
2. Encourage regular, trust-worthy customers to set up an account with your business.
3. Encourage customers to pay with a credit card or check. (See our sections on credit card and check fraud first!)
4. Provide a secure tip box for each driver, so tips don't have to be carried around all night.
