Control the movements of deliverymen when they're in your store If you have a separate storage area that is directly accessible from outside, accept deliveries there and don't let the deliveryman wander through the store. Never accept deliveries by the truck. As soon as you turn your back, there's a chance the deliveryman could put one of your boxes back on the truck. Watch carefully what the deliverymen take out of your store A common tactic is to put items into boxes and take the boxes out to the truck. So insist that the boxes be collapsed in your store. Then check them to make sure nothing has been layered in between the boxes.
